Refund policy

We want you to love your Ohana Collection piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@theohanacollection.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different style. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right promptly.
