What does the Lifetime Replacement Promise cover?
We will replace your bracelet for any reason under our Lifetime Replacement Promise. The original item must be returned, and the customer is responsible for shipping. If the original style has been discontinued or is no longer available, the replacement style may vary.

Yes. U.S. standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. U.S. standard shipping is $4.95 for orders below $49. Current delivery estimates and other available shipping options are shown in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
